This policy applies to all services and events provided by the International Institute for Students Excellence (IIFSE).

1. General Policy

All purchases of services or tickets to events are considered final.
Refunds will only be issued under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Event Cancellations by IIFSE

In the unlikely event that IIFSE cancels an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their payment.
IIFSE will not be responsible for any associated costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

3. Participant Cancellation of Event Registration

If a participant needs to cancel their registration for an event, they must notify IIFSE in writing via email to iifse.org@gmail.com.
Refunds for cancellation by the participant will be issued based on the following schedule:
- 30 or more days before the event: 100% refund.
- 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
Alternatively, participants may transfer their registration to another person at no additional cost, provided they notify IIFSE at least 72 hours before the event begins.

4. Digital Services and Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our online courses and services, once access has been granted, these purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you review all course details and requirements before completing your purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to iifse.org@gmail.com, including your full name, contact information, service or event details, and the reason for your request.
All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days to the original method of payment.
